Home Prep Guide

IMPORTANT

We shoot homes as-is, so it's extremely important to have the home 100% shoot-ready at the start of our scheduled appointment. Our photographers shoot multiple properties per day, and any on-site delays caused by a lack of preparedness may be subject to additional fees.

Please share this prep guide with the on-site agent AND the homeowner for the best results!

General notes

  1. Please have all contracting/cleaning work done before our arrival on-site.

  2. Please have any occupants/agents vacate the home during the full appointment slot. This ensures our photographers can focus on their work and leads to higher-quality content.

  3. Turn on all lights.

  4. Turn ceiling fans off.

  5. Pull up all blinds.

  6. Hide all trashcans.

  7. Remove pets, crates, and water bowls.

  8. De-personalize the home by removing all family photos.
